New NCAA Recruiting Rules

The NCAA has annouced a new ruling that will change college football recruiting overnight! With regards to D1 football coaches attending football combines, the new ruling prohibits coaches from attending any camps or combines.

D1 coaches are only allowed to attend high school games or practices under this new rule. The NCAA feels that it will level the process and create a fair shot for all atheltes.
